How do I schedule and book a session?
You can contact me or schedule online here. A deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your session date and cover time and talent only. Session will be cancelled if the deposit is not paid within 3 days of the session day.
What is your travel policy?
You are responsible for covering additional fees and costs related to location choice
(admission, parking, etc.). Travel up to 30 miles from 45040 is included. Time and travel above
this will be invoiced (contact me for pricing).
What is your rescheduling and cancelation policy?
If a photoshoot is canceled the deposit is non-refundable. If someone becomes ill contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. I maintain the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc. Requests for rescheduling or re-shoots are granted ONLY at my discretion.
It is very important that you arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without a phone call, I will reserve the right to reschedule.
How are images delivered?
Within 2 weeks after the session I will post your proofs in a password protected gallery online.This gallery will be hosted for 30 days, so please be prepared to download your images. There is a $25 charge to upload your gallery for an extra five days. Final Payment is due at time of receipt of Digital images.
What if I want more edits done to the images after delivery?
All images are delivered post process. If you have an additional editing request, outside of minor changes (fix blemishes, tighter crop, etc.) but more involved requests are billed at $25/hour. I will let you know if there will be an extra charge before work is started.
